These terms govern your use of iTrood, a platform for buying, subscribing to, and (for approved producers) distributing film and video content.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
Purchases and subscriptions unlock access to specific releases, as described at the time of purchase. Access is personal to your account and may not be shared or resold.
Selling content on iTrood requires an approved producer application and continued compliance with the Producer Agreement and Distribution Policy.
Payments are processed by Ultraner. iTrood does not store your full card or mobile money details. Prices are shown in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS).
You may not use iTrood to upload, distribute, or attempt to access adult content, content that infringes someone else's rights, or content that violates applicable law.
iTrood may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
