Producer Agreement

This agreement applies to every producer, studio, dubbing company, or lip-sync translator who publishes content on iTrood. By submitting a producer application, and again each time you publish a release, you confirm you have read and agree to these terms.

1. Content you may publish

• You may only publish content you own the rights to, or have explicit written permission to distribute.
• You must hold any business license or distribution rights required in your jurisdiction for the content you upload.
• You may not publish adult content, pornography, or sexually explicit material of any kind.
• You may not publish content you did not produce, translate, or dub yourself, unless you can demonstrate you hold a valid license to resell it.
• You may not publish content that infringes another party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

iTrood may remove any release, suspend, or permanently ban a producer account that violates this policy, and may report unlawful content to relevant authorities where required.

2. Revenue split

iTrood's standard split is 50/50: you keep 50% of every sale and subscription payment, iTrood keeps 50%. This default can be adjusted by iTrood at any time, and a different rate may apply to your account specifically; your producer wallet always shows the exact cut applied to each transaction, and any change only applies going forward, never retroactively.

Payment processing (Ultraner) charges a fee to collect and disburse funds. iTrood absorbs that cost entirely: it comes out of iTrood's share, never yours. What your wallet shows as your cut is exactly what you receive, no extra deductions.

3. Pricing

iTrood sets the standard price for every release type (single, season, bulk bundle) and subscription plan. Producers do not set their own prices.

4. Payouts

You can request a withdrawal of your available wallet balance at any time, confirmed with your account password. Withdrawals are reviewed and processed by iTrood.
