Languages, subtitles, and country/region metadata.
Every title has a primary Language field (the audio language of that specific submission) and an optional list of Subtitle languages, shown separately on the title page so viewers know exactly what they're getting.
Set the Country field to where the movie or series was actually produced - it's shown publicly as a discovery signal and can be used to filter the public catalog by country.
