Deliver the clearest audio track you have - stereo AAC or similar, synced to picture, with dialogue clearly audible over music/effects.
If you're a dubbing studio or lip-sync translator, your submission should be the full replacement audio track (or, for lip-sync/voice-over commentary, a clean narration track), matched to the original's timing. Note the language and whether it's a professional dub, voice-over, or live-commentary style so viewers know what to expect.
